Keep egg shells from cracking when boiling eggs by piercing a small hole in the shell. Simply set the wide end of the raw egg in the spring loaded platform and gently press down to pierce the egg shell. Our egg piercer is made of 18/8 stainless steel and sits in a stable plastic base.
