Hands-On Cooking Class 

A December tea party is a cozy, festive escape from the holiday rush.  It’s a time to enjoy special teas and finger foods while embracing the season’s warmth as you enjoy the company of friends and family.  In this class you will learn to prepare easy, gorgeous treats to layer your tea buffet much to the delight of your guests.

Roast Tenderloin of Beef with Crème Fraiche and Red Wine Reduction on Toasted Brioche
