We sell every gadget you could possibly need for the kitchen at The Baker’s Pin, but few are as essential as a good, sharp knife. Developing proper knife skills is one of the most important things you can do to improve your cooking game. By mastering your knife skills, prepping weeknight dinners will be faster, safer, and more enjoyable overall. In this class we’ll learn how to choose, maintain, and store knives as well as learn how to set up our work stations in a safe and time-saving manner. We’ll cover safety protocol and all the basic cuts including slice, dice, mince, chiffonade and roll-cut, all while making a delicious vegetarian lunch along the way.
