Let’s dress up some pasta with the beautiful new colors of spring.  We’ll use homemade pasta as well as our favorites from the store to showcase the season’s early produce. Fresh herbs and early season veggies will transform into fun, quick and light entrees and side dishes.  We’ll make fresh fettuccini, Garganelli, ravioli and more while pulling together an easy-yet delicious Greek-inspired salad using store-purchased pasta.

Pasta al Limone is a rich and incredibly easy dish with just a few ingredients including some early fresh chives. 

Garlic-Scented Shrimp & Roasted Asparagus and Shiitakes with Fresh Fettuccini Loaded with flavor, this dish comes together quickly to make a special weeknight meal. 

Pretty in Pink!  Is a feast for the eyes and palate.  Tomato pasta is shaped into petite ravioli and filled with a bright basil pesto and ricotta blend.  Cooked in a chicken broth and sprinkled with Parmigiano and a sprinkle of fresh finely-cut chiffonade of basil. 

Garganelli with Apple-Smoked Bacon and Spring Peas is a fresh rolled pasta we dress with Scallion Cream Sauce and finish with shavings of Parmigiano, lemon zest and fresh mint. 

Classic Pasta Primavera features a bounty of fresh spring vegetables in a sensuously creamy sauce simply tossed with our chosen pasta of the day and topped with fresh basil, chives, and Parmigiano.  “Primavera” means Spring in Italian, and you will certainly feel like celebrating with this dish.

Whole Grain Fusilli Pasta Salad of Haricots Verts, Cherry Tomatoes, Feta and Fresh Herb Medley with a Dijon Vinaigrette. Your palate will enjoy a bit of Greek influence in this salad which is simply tossed with a Dijon vinaigrette.
